What is the engine oil change interval?
The Doosan D10 in this application is rated for 250 hour oil change interval. Change fuel filters every season, and air filters as required.
What should annual maintenance look like on the Webasto heater?
The best thing for annual maintenance is operating the heater on Kerosene for 1 hour before winter, and after winter. Combustion chambers can build up with carbon so the kerosene will burn this off.
Cold Weather Operation
The fact is that batteries need to be at the right temperature. For lithium-ion, this typically means between the 5C-40C range. Our system has automated heating and cooling to maintain these temperatures. During winter months, we recommend leaving machines in standby mode. If the temperature is below 5 celsius, the machine must be brought in and warmed up to 5C battery temperature before starting and doing the first system charge - after that point the system will automatically regulate the battery temperature even in the coldest temperatures.
